YTPQC-AHF Active Harmonic Filter

YTPQC Active Harmonic Filter is an active power correction solution to help stabilize electrical networks by providing harmonic mitigation and power factor correction, and load balancing. It is specifically designed for harsh electrical conditions, for heavy industrial applications including mission critical environments. 

• Modules capacity: 15A/25A/30A/50A/75A/100A/150A  (Take 400V level for example)
• Panel Capacity:>50A

VFD and Negative Effects

Variable frequency drives (VFDs) used in industrial applications provide many benefits, including energy savings, better process control, extended component lifetime, and increased machine safety when utilizing functional safety features.

Harmonics on the mainline can have the following effects:

• Cause interference with communication circuits
• Transformer overheating
• Nuisance circuit breaker trip
• Neutral overloading
• Capacitor bank failure

YTPQC-AHF for VFD

YTPQC-AHF Active Harmonic Filters are used to limit and control VFD distortion. Using YTPQC-AHF harmonic filter for VFD reduces the amount of harmonic current. Therefore, the voltage distortion on the mains is reduced.
