YTPQC Active Harmonic Filter in Wuxi Gelinmei Energy Materials Co.

Gelinmei (Wuxi) Energy Materials Co., Ltd. is a company that develops and produces lithium cobaltate and ternary materials. In the process of material production, some equipment (such as atmosphere furnace, air compressor, water chiller, etc.) will generate a large number of harmonics when working, which will do great harm to the whole power grid system.

According to on-site data analysis and user requirements, 11 sets of 100A AHF Active Harmonic Filter devices are used in all three transformers to treat harmonics.(Wall mounted modules in parallel installation)

On-site harmonic current is mainly 2nd, 4th, 7th harmonic. After being treated by YT industrial Active Power Filter, the distortion rate of harmonic current(THDi) is reduced to below 5%.
