YT Electric TTU reactive power compensation project
This is a reactive power compensation project of the distribution station in the community with TTU (Distribution Transformer supervisory Terminal Unit) function completed by Yingtong electric.
In the power supply and distribution system, the distribution transformer monitoring terminal (TTU) is used to collect and control the information of the distribution transformer. It monitors the operating conditions of the distribution transformer in real time, and can transmit the collected information to the master station or other intelligent devices, provide the data required for the operation control and management of the distribution system, and timely discover and deal with accidents and emergencies. It also has the functions of local and remote reactive power compensation and on load voltage regulation.
The hybrid reactive power compensation cabinet is used in this project.The hybrid dynamic reactive power compensation system based on TSC (thyristor switched capacitor in parallel) and SVG (static var compensator) is to meet the requirement of continuous reactive power compensation with low cost, high reliability and large capacity,This system consisting of discrete subsystem TSC and continuous subsystem SVG, coordinated the capacitor switching rating of TSC with dynamic compensation of SVG by using two hybrid control laws based on expert decision making, made full use of their respective advantages. The machine learning approach was applied to avoid repeated movements of capacitors and extend equipment life.
