
Power cabinet
The complete power distribution device is a complete set of devices supplied by the manufacturer. According to the requirements of the main wiring, the manufacturer assembles the electrical equipment of each circuit, including control appliances, protection appliances, measuring appliances (such as circuit breakers, disconnectors, mutual inductors, etc.), bus bars, current carrying conductors, insulators, etc., in closed or semi closed metal cabinets to form a unit circuit sub cabinet, which becomes a complete power distribution device.
At present, there are three types of complete sets of power equipment in our company: APF / SVG cabinet, hybrid compensation cabinet and capacitor compensation cabinet. APF / SVG cabinet means that all compensation devices in the cabinet are APF / SVG modules. The main components in APF / SVG cabinet include APF / SVG module, LCD controller, circuit breaker, transformer, fuse, surge protector, etc.
Hybrid compensation cabinet
Hybrid compensation cabinet refers to the compensation device in the cabinet including APF / SVG module and capacitor reactor assembly. The main components in the hybrid compensation cabinet include APF / SVG module, liquid crystal controller, circuit breaker, transformer, fuse, surge protector and capacitor reactor assembly in the cabinet.
At the same time, the capacitor reactor assembly is divided into common capacitor reactance and intelligent capacitor. Common capacitor reactor components include capacitors, reactors and switching switches.
Capacitance compensation cabinet
Capacitance compensation cabinet means that the compensation device in the cabinet is a capacitor reactor assembly. The main components in the capacitor compensation cabinet include capacitor reactor group, reactive power controller, switching switch, circuit breaker, transformer in the cabinet, fuse, surge protector, etc.
At the same time, the capacitor reactor assembly is divided into common capacitor reactance and intelligent capacitor. Common capacitor reactor components include capacitors, reactors and switching switches.
Installed capacity and actual output capacity of capacitor
The installed capacity of the capacitor refers to the rated capacity of the capacitor, that is, the output capacity under the rated voltage (such as 480v).
The output capacity of the capacitor refers to the output capacity of the capacitor under the system voltage (such as 400V).
The conversion formula between actual output capacity and installed capacity is as follows:
Qc=Qcr×(1/1−P)÷(Urc/Un)²
Where Qc is the actual output capacity, Qcr is the rated capacity of the capacitor, P is the reactance rate, Un is the system voltage, and Ucr is the rated voltage of the capacitor.
For example, a capacitor with rated voltage of 480v and 50kvar is connected in series with 7% reactor, and its actual output capacity is
Qc=50kvar×(1/1−0.07)÷(480/400)²=37.3kvar
Similarly, if the customer requires the actual output capacity of the site to be 300kvar and the reactance rate to be 7%, the installed capacity
Qcr=300kvar × (1−0.07) × (480/400) ² ≈400kvar
